TheyaVue privacy policy
This site collects browsing analytics and, only if you send one, an email you write us. It never collects your card number, because every order button opens the seller's own checkout. State privacy laws let you ask what we hold and ask us to delete it; we do not sell data. The site is not directed at children under 13.

What happens when you visit this site
You came here after typing something into a box on this site, or you are wondering what happened to it. Maybe it was an email address on a contact form, maybe it was nothing at all and you just clicked around and left. This page says exactly which of those two things happened, in plain words, with no filler between you and the answer.
TheyaVue is a dietary supplement. This site, run by Mytheyavue, publishes information about it and sells it as a a U.S. stocking partner for TheyaVue, not the manufacturer. We are not a hospital, a lab or an insurer, so nothing here reads like a hospital privacy notice. What follows is the short list of what a visit to this site actually leaves behind, and the shorter list of what it never touches.
What this site collects, in one table
| On this website | Not on this website |
|---|---|
| Pages you view and how you got here, in aggregate analytics | Your payment card number, expiry date or CVV |
| An email address, only if you type one into a form on contact.html | Your bank account or billing address |
| General device and browser type, for making pages render correctly | Your order history, tracking status or refund status |
| A cookie preference, if this site uses one | Your government ID or date of birth |
The left column is the whole list. We do not run a login, we do not build a profile of you across other sites, and we do not sell a list of visitors to anyone. If a future version of this site adds a new form or a new tool, that change belongs in this column too, on the day it happens, not quietly.
Cookies and analytics, plainly
Cookies here do ordinary, boring jobs: remembering that you dismissed a banner, keeping a page from reloading badly, and letting an analytics tool count how many people looked at the ingredients page versus the pricing page. None of that tells us your name unless you already gave it to us in a form.
- Analytics cookies, to see which pages get read and which get skipped, in aggregate
- A basic preference cookie, if the site remembers a banner you closed
- No advertising pixels built to follow you onto other sites from here
- No cookie that reads or stores anything you type on the seller's checkout page
Your browser lets you block or delete cookies at any time, in its own settings. Doing that on this site costs you nothing beyond having to close the same banner twice; it does not affect an order you already placed, because order data never lived in a cookie here to begin with.
Why your card number never touches this site

The moment you click a button on this site to order, you leave this site. Every buy button here, including the ones on this page's neighbors, opens the seller's own checkout, not a page we host. That checkout is where a card number, an expiry date and a billing address actually get typed, and it is where those details actually get stored and processed.
That means this website, mytheyavue.com, never receives your card number, never stores it, and could not hand it to anyone even if someone asked. We do not see your card. We do not see your CVV. The payment logos shown here describe what the checkout accepts, not anything we hold ourselves.
You choose a kit here
This site shows what each kit contains and what it costs. No payment field exists on this page.A button sends you to the seller's checkout
That page belongs to the seller, runs its own security and collects the card details directly there. The seller's checkout confirms your order
Your order ID, receipt and tracking link come from that checkout and its confirmation email, not from this site. This site never sees step two
We cannot look up your order, your card or your shipping status, because none of it passes through here.
What each contact address can actually see
| Inbox | What it can help with | What it cannot help with |
|---|---|---|
| [email protected] | Page corrections, typos, privacy questions, press | Orders, tracking, changes, refunds |
| Order desk, +1 (315) 724-2018 | Orders, tracking, changes, refunds | Editing a published page |
[email protected] is read Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. It is a real inbox behind a real desk, and it can genuinely see nothing about your order, because order data lives on the seller's checkout system, not in this mailbox. Writing to us about a refund only slows your refund down.
There is no separate sales inbox. If you email us anything, including an email address in a message itself, we keep it only to answer that one message, and we do not add it to a marketing list you never signed up for.
Your rights under state privacy laws, in plain words
Several U.S. states now give residents specific rights over the personal information a website holds about them. Because this site holds so little, most of these rights have a short answer here, but the answer is still yours to ask for.
Know what we have
Ask, and we will tell you plainly: for most visitors, an aggregate analytics record and nothing tied to a name. If you emailed us, we also hold that message.
Ask us to delete it
Send a request to the address below and we will delete any email or message we are holding that is tied to you. We cannot delete an order, because we never held it.
Opt out of a sale
We do not sell personal information to third parties, so there is nothing to opt out of here. If that ever changes, this page changes with it, on the day it happens.
No retaliation for asking
Asking about your data, or asking us to delete it, does not change any price you see or any order you have already placed with the seller.
These rights come from state privacy laws such as California's, and several other states have passed similar ones since. We are not a law firm and this paragraph is not legal advice about which law applies to you specifically; it is a plain description of what we do when someone asks. Write to [email protected] and put "privacy request" in the subject line, and we will respond from a real person at that desk.
Children under 13
TheyaVue is labeled for healthy adults 18 and over. This site is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13, and we do not run features, like a login or an account system, that would ask a child to hand over anything in the first place.
If a parent believes a child under 13 has somehow sent us information through the contact form, write to [email protected] and we will delete it. We have no way to verify age on a simple contact form beyond taking that report at its word and acting on it immediately.
How to reach us about your data
Email [email protected]
Read Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET, for anything about this policy, a correction on a page, or a request about data you sent us in a message.Say what you are asking for
Say plainly whether you want to know what we hold, want it deleted, or have a general question. A specific ask gets a specific answer faster than a general one.Call the order desk on +1 (315) 724-2018 for anything about an order
That desk holds the order data, tracking and refund status. This page's inbox genuinely cannot see any of it.
Where this policy fits with the rest of the site
Nothing above changes if you decide to buy or not to buy. Reading this page costs you nothing and gets you nowhere near a checkout page; if you want to see what a kit costs, that answer lives on the pricing page, not here.
This policy sits next to the terms and conditions and the disclaimer, which cover the site's rules and the product's claims. If any of the three ever disagree with each other, tell us; that is a mistake we want to fix, not a puzzle we want you to solve.
Privacy Policy: common questions
Does mytheyavue.com ever see my card number?
No. Every order button opens the seller's own checkout, and card details are typed and stored there, not on this site.
Do you use cookies?
Yes, ordinary analytics and preference cookies. None of them read anything typed into the seller's checkout, and your browser can block or delete them at any time.
Can I ask what data you hold on me?
Yes. Email [email protected] and ask. For most visitors the honest answer is an aggregate analytics record and nothing tied to a name.
Can I ask you to delete my data?
Yes, for anything we hold, such as an email you sent us. We cannot delete an order, because order data lives on the seller's checkout, not here.
Do you sell my information to other companies?
No. We do not sell personal information to third parties, so there is no sale to opt out of.
Is this site collecting information from children?
No. This site and the product are for adults 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Who do I contact about an order, a refund or tracking?
The order desk on +1 (315) 724-2018, not this policy's email address, which cannot see order data.
Where do I read the site's other legal pages?
The terms and conditions cover use of the site, and the disclaimer covers the product's health claims. Both are linked at the bottom of this page.
