Check 1: Is it tied to a real order?
A review that says verified purchase is better than one that does not. It shows a bottle changed hands before an opinion was posted. It is still not proof of results, but it removes one kind of fake.
If a site shows reviews with no order tag at all, treat them as stories. Stories can be true, yet you cannot tell which ones are.
Check 2: Does it have a date?

Check 4: Does it name a downside?
Real buyers nearly always have a small complaint. A long wall of perfect scores with no gripe is a warning sign.

Check 5: Does it say sight was restored?
A review that says a bottle fixed blurry vision, removed floaters or ended the need for glasses describes something no capsule does. Read that line as marketing that leaked into the review box.
The same goes for a diagnosed eye disease that "went away". Blur has causes, such as a lens problem, a retina problem or a need for glasses. Each has its own care. If your vision changes suddenly, see an eye doctor the same day.
Check 6: Do the words repeat across names?
Open ten reviews. If three share a sentence almost word for word, that sentence was written once and pasted. Different names do not make different authors.
Do the same for complaints. Ten copies of one angry paragraph point to one writer, too. Plain, different voices are a better sign than a perfect chorus in either direction.
Check 7: Does the photo match the listing photo?
A real unboxing photo usually looks a bit messy. You may see a hand, a kitchen counter or a shipping label. A photo that matches the marketing shot was probably not taken by a buyer.
Keep a log of your own if you try the product. Write down your glasses prescription and the date of your last eye exam before the first capsule. Then add a dated note each week and book your next exam anyway. A feeling is not a measurement.
What can measure a change in your eyes?
An eye doctor can check things a review cannot. A letter chart, a pressure test and a dilated look at the retina are the usual tools. Even the research on lutein measures macular pigment with special equipment, and it reports change over three to six months, not days.
