TheyaVue Complaints: 5 Steps to Check Reviews on BBB, Trustpilot and Reddit
TheyaVue complaints are best judged one at a time, because this site holds no BBB, Trustpilot, Consumer Reports or Reddit data and publishes no reviews. A complaint worth weight is tied to an order, dated and specific. Sort each one by type, refund, shipping, effect or safety, then match it to the label and the order desk. For a refund problem, the 60-day refund and the phone desk come first.

Where do TheyaVue complaints and reviews come from?
When people search TheyaVue reviews and complaints, they often add a name: BBB, Trustpilot, Consumer Reports, Reddit. They want a verdict from someone with no stake. We understand that. We are a seller, and we say so.
So we do not hand you a verdict. We hand you a method. Five steps, each one a thing you can do in a few minutes with any review or complaint you find, including the ones that say TheyaVue reviews 2026 in the title.
We also tell you what we do not have. We hold no ratings, counts or quotes from any of those sites, and we refuse to invent them.
- This site publishes no star score, review count or customer quote for TheyaVue.
- The seller pack's rating and quotes were marked as layout copy, so we treat them as unverified and do not use them.
- We hold no BBB, Trustpilot, Consumer Reports or Reddit figures for TheyaVue, and we print none.
- Order questions go to the order desk on +1 (315) 724-2018, not to the website inbox.
- A complaint is only useful if it names an order, a date and what went wrong.

If you want the facts a complaint should be measured against, the label, the prices and the return terms, the order page keeps them together.

Nothing here is a verdict on any buyer's experience. TheyaVue is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and it is not a treatment for any eye condition. If a review describes a sudden change in sight, the right response is an eye doctor visit on the same day.
Step 1: What does this site actually know about BBB, Trustpilot and Consumer Reports?
Nothing that we can print. We hold no rating from the Better Business Bureau, no score from Trustpilot and no entry from Consumer Reports for TheyaVue. We have no Reddit thread to quote either.
That may sound like a weak answer. It is a clean one. A page that tells you "BBB rated" or "Trustpilot top score" without a link you can open is asking you to trust a number with no source.
The seller pack we were given did include a score, a count of written reviews, an order count and eight named quotes. Every one of them was marked as layout copy, which means placeholder text for building a page. We do not treat it as feedback from buyers. This site shows none of it.
- If a site shows a rating, ask: can I open the page that holds it?
- If a quote has a name, an age and a town, ask: can I find that person or that post?
- If you cannot check, treat it as a claim and not as a finding.
Step 2: Is the complaint tied to a real order and a date?
A usable complaint says when the order was placed, which kit it was, and what happened next. "Never arrived" is thin. "Ordered the six-bottle kit on a named date, no tracking email after a week, called the order desk" is a real account.
Dates also help you judge fit. A complaint about a refund that took three weeks can be compared with the published timing. A complaint about a bottle "not working" after ten days can be compared with the research clock.
| Item | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| Order date and kit size | Lets you check it against the published prices and the 60-day window |
| What the person did next | Shows whether the order desk was called, as the policy asks |
| A specific problem | A vague word like scam gives you nothing to test |
| A downside and an upside | Real accounts usually have both |
Step 3: What type of complaint is it?
Most complaints fall into a handful of types. Once you know the type, you know which published fact to test it against.
| If the complaint says | Check this | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| The refund is slow | 3-5 business days after the return is credited, then 5-10 days on the card | Refund steps |
| The parcel is late | No delivery-window promise is published; tracking comes by email | Shipping page |
| It did not help my eyes | No result is promised; research clocks run for months | Results timeline |
| It gave me a side effect | Niacin 40 mg NE a day against a 35 mg limit; biotin can affect blood tests | Side effects page |
| The ad lied | The bottle makes a support claim only; the funnel headline goes further | Benefits page |
| The seal was broken | The label says do not use it; photograph it and call | Batch page |
Notice that some of these point at the seller, some at the product and some at an ad. A complaint about an ad is not the same as a complaint about a capsule. Sort them before you count them.
Step 4: Does the complaint blame the product for something it never promised?
The bottle says Eye & Vision Support Formula. It does not say it restores, sharpens or corrects sight. A complaint that says "it did not restore my vision" is angry at a promise the label never made. The anger may be fair. It is aimed at the funnel headline about a 3-second finger trick, not at the label.
Timing is the other common mismatch. The macular pigment research that this category leans on mostly ran three to six months. The refund window is 60 days. Someone who stops at week three and writes a review has learned very little about that research, and the review says so by what it leaves out.
None of this excuses the seller. If a person felt misled, that is worth hearing. It simply tells you what the complaint is about.
Step 5: How do you read a Reddit thread or an "exposed" article?
Threads and exposé pages share a few habits. They repeat each other's words. They quote one story as if it were a count. And some of them are written to earn money from a click, which includes pages like ours, so apply the same checks to us.
- Look for the same sentence under different names. One script wrote it once.
- Look for a plain downside. A review with none is a warning sign.
- Look for claims about a diagnosed eye disease improving. No capsule does that.
- Look for a disclosure of how the writer earns money. We give ours: we are paid when you order through our links.
- Look for a link to the label or panel. If the writer never shows it, they may never have held the bottle.
Honest review and fact check are labels anyone can stick on a page. Do your own fact check in two minutes: does the bottle hold 60 capsules, taken twice a day? Does the panel print amounts for lutein and zeaxanthin? Are the three kit prices the same as the checkout? You can answer all three from the label and the order page.
Is one bad review proof of a scam, or one good review proof that it works?
Neither. One account tells you what one person said happened. It cannot tell you how often it happens, and it cannot tell you why. That is true of the glowing five-star quote and the furious one-star post.
What does help is a pattern across many dated, order-linked accounts that agree on a problem you can test. We hold no such record for TheyaVue, so we make no claim either way.
What should you keep if you do have a problem?
Keep the order email, the tracking link, photos of the bottle and the box, and the date and time of each call. If a refund is the goal, the steps are in our refund guide, and the first move is a phone call with the order ID.
If you have a medical concern, call a doctor or pharmacist. A review site is not the place for that.
Frequently asked questions
Does TheyaVue have a BBB rating?
We hold no BBB rating or complaint record for TheyaVue and print none. If you find one, open the page and check the date and the details.
What does Trustpilot say about TheyaVue?
We hold no Trustpilot score or count for TheyaVue. Treat any number you see without a link you can open as an unverified claim.
Are there TheyaVue Reddit reviews?
We have no Reddit threads to cite. Read any thread for dates, specifics, plain downsides and repeated wording before you rely on it.
Why does this site show no reviews or ratings?
The seller pack's rating and quotes were marked as layout copy, not buyer feedback. Publishing them would invent people, so we publish none.
What should I do if I have a complaint about my order?
Call the order desk on +1 (315) 724-2018 with your order ID. The website inbox cannot see orders and cannot start a refund.
Is a review that says TheyaVue restored vision believable?
No. The label makes a support claim only, and no supplement restores eyesight. Seek an eye exam if your sight changes.
Our view
We cannot give you a BBB number, a Trustpilot score or a Reddit tally, and we would rather say that than fill the space. What we can give you is a way to test any complaint in five steps, against facts that are printed.
Our own bias is plain: we sell the product. So read what we write for gaps, and use the method on us too. The gaps we know about, the unpublished blend amounts and the missing maker name, are on every page where they matter.
If you meet a review that answers all five steps and describes a real problem, take it seriously and call the order desk. If it fails them, let it go.

If you would rather check the facts yourself, the order page lists the kit totals, the shipping line and the 60-day terms.
